Eligibility Criteria of Punjab Police Constable Security Jobs
Educational Qualification
- The required educational qualification is 12th class from a recognized board
- The applicant must have passed the examination of matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subjects.
Age Limit
The lower age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 28 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation would be given to the candidates belongs to SC/ST/OBC to % years and 3 years of age relaxation in upper age limit is given to ex-serviceman.

Eligibility For Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification:
- Aspirants must complete their 12th or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- The aspirants must have passed the examination of matriculation with Punjabi Language.
Age Limit:
- The age of the aspirants should be between 18 Years to 28 Years on 1st January 2016, age relaxation is given as per government rules.
- The age relaxation is given to the candidates belong to ST/SC/OBC in upper age limit of 5 years and to the Ex- serviceman applicants it is up to 3 years.
Physical Standard:
The minimum height required to apply for the post is 5 feet 7 inches
Application Fees:
Jobs hunters have to pay Rs. 400/- for General and unreserved candidates and also pay Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST and other reserved and there are no fees for Ex service man.
