Nationality
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Refugees from Tibet before 1st January 1962 are eligible to apply.

Age Limit
- As on 1st, September 2016 candidates’ age must be between 40 years or more but less than 28 years.
- Certain age relaxation would be granted to applicants from minor/Reserved categories.
