Eligibility Criteria of High Court Patna Vacancies 2016
Educational Qualification
The job seekers who want to apply should have a degree in law with good academic record and experience in relevant field.
Age Limit
The age of the contenders should not be less than 35 years and not be more than 50 years on 01st January 2016.
Selection Process
The recruitment cell will select the personnel on the basis of the following levels
- Screening Test (Tentative)
- Written Examination
- Viva-voce

Exam Pattern
There will be screening test of 300 marks, with a negative marking of 01 marks. The high court will decide the number of the papers in the Written Exam and the ratio of written exam and interview will be 80% and 40 %.
NOTE: To be qualified and appointed for the job the applicants have to secure minimum 45 % Marks in each Theory paper and 50% in Aggregate( theory paper + Viva-voce).
