All such contenders are required to appear for online GITAM University Counselling 2016 with Call Letter from 9th to 14th June 2015 positively.

Counselling Procedure:

• Candidates are required to attend Online Counseling procedure.
• First of all, you have to check your scorecard / rank card before analysis.
• One can download their call letter from the university website at any of the seven centers.
• Aspirants will be called in the order of their ranks and seats will be allotted at the same time.

Significant Documents carry while going for Counselling:

• GAT Call Letter is a must in this procedure.
• 10th class or Equivalent mark sheet.
• 10+2 or Intermediate marks sheet and Passing Certificate.
• Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of PH Candidates
• Residence Certificate from the competent authority.
• Transfer, Study and Conduct Certificates

Counseling Fee:

Contenders are required to pay Rs. 800/- as a fee at the reception counter of the counseling centre irrespective of their selection for admission.

• Choose link “Download Counseling Call Letter”.
