The National institute of Fashion Technology has released an Official Notice to invite candidates to apply for various programs. Candidates are welcomed to fill NIFT 2017 Application Form online. The institute has provided the necessary details like registration Date, Courses offered last date etc. on the internet. Desired applicants need to go online and start applying before the last date which is 17.04.2017.

Applicants who wish to get admission to various UG and PG programs in Fashion Technology must pay heed to the information given here. The registration process for the upcoming session has already begun and candidates are expected to apply in a great number. The Last date to fill NIFT 2017 Application Form online is 17th April 2017.

NIFT Online Form 2017
Educational Qualification and criteria for Bachelor programs
10+2 level examination from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as CBSE/State Board New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
Or
General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri-Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB)
Or
Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.
Or
‘A’ pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects
Or
3 or 4-years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.
For Masters program
Undergraduate Degree from any Institute / University recognized by the government of India
Or
Diploma in UG Design from NIFT/NID only and with Undergraduate Diploma of minimum 3 years duration from NIFT / NID
Age limit: 23 years as on 1st October 2015
Note: There is no age limit for admission into Masters Program
Candidates applying for M.F.Tech must have cleared B.F.Tech from NIFT or B.E/ B.Tech from any institute recognized by the Indian Government.
Application Fee
- For General Candidates: Rs.1500/- (without Late)
- For SC/ST/PHP category: Rs. 750/- (without Late)
- Late fee charges are Rs.5000/- with the additional application fee.
Mode of payment: Internet Banking, DD, or Debit/Credit Card.
Important: Candidates paying through Demand Drafts need to issue the DD in favor of “NIFT HO” payable at New Delhi.

How to fill NIFT 2017 Application Form
- Users need to log on to the main website first of all which is, “www.nift.ac.in”
- Now from the Homepage, look for the admission and application links and download the Admission Notification.
- Go through the Prospectus carefully before applying.
- Start the application process by entering the correct details and paying the required fee.
- After duly filling the form, candidates need to take a printout and keep a copy of this form for future reference along with a payment proof.
Important for candidates paying fee through DD
